“ I love the karak Chai here. It’s smooth and creamy and also the perfect amount of sweetness. I had the signature chicken roll and wasn’t expecting the chicken to be deep fried but it was tasty. It’s also quite saucy. Also really appreciate the interior design here, it’s elegant and clean. There are comfortable seats and tables and some of them also have plug points, so it’s a nice place to do some work. Staff are also very friendly! ”

“ There's so many spots on this stretch to find some masala chai but never had a chance to pop in here until today. The pink Kashmiri chai is unbelievably good. It's not overly sweet which can often be at other outlets but this had the right blend and balance. And the sprinkle of pistachio on the top just is the cherry on the cake. Will be back and would love to try the desi breakfast next time. ”

“ I had a really enjoyable breakfast at Chai Spot recently. The café wasn’t busy, which made for a relaxed and comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, taking our order without any issues. Our only hiccup was that one item had run out, but my friend quickly picked something else, which turned out to be just as good! I had the salmon cream sandwich, which was delicious, and I also tried their banoffee matcha – now my new favorite, and absolutely delightful. The café is well-maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy your meal. Overall, it’s a great spot for a relaxed breakfast or brunch with friends. ”

“ I’m from Mexico and I visited The Chai Spot last week. I tried the vanilla cold foam matcha and it was really amazing. The staff were very friendly, especially the tall girl (I don’t know her name). We were really confused with all the drink options, but she was so patient and kind. She even gave us a pink Kashmiri chai to taste, and my wife really loved it. We also tried karak tea, matcha and the red berry cold drink – everything was delicious. If we visit London again, we would definitely love to come back to The Chai Spot. Thank you for the great service and tasty drinks! ”

“ I visited the chai spot on Acton High Street and absolutely loved the experience. I went for breakfast at dinner time and ordered the full English, and it did not disappoint. The two fried eggs were perfectly cooked with soft, rich yolks, and the chicken sausages were surprisingly good — and that’s coming from someone who usually only trusts German sausages. The turkey rashers were savoury and satisfying, the hashbrowns were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, and the baked beans added that classic comforting touch. The sourdough bread was fresh and had a lovely chew. To finish, I ordered pancakes with berries and maple syrup, which were light, fluffy, and delicious — the perfect sweet ending. I also had a lychee jasmine iced tea, which was incredibly refreshing and paired so well with the meal. Great food, cosy vibes, and definitely a spot I’d return to.
